I just asked the Alpine Shire of Victoria if they fined drivers who parked in clearly defined Tesla charging spots at Ovens.
(the app photos speak for themselves)
They will get back to me.

All charging locations should be seen as a nice little council earner.....at least until the children grow up......or they are schooled.
