EQ open day

Post by sleeperpservice »

Drove past MB in Bentley today and they had an EQ open day showcasing their range with coffee, icecream and German food.

All cars very plush and compared to our Ioniq (270km W and wet) not that I'm in the market. (Selected TeslaBjorns 90 test range, W = Winter)

A - not really much of a step up. Rear seats have the EV flat floor thigh problem(knees around your ears) and no more head room (390km, 320km W)
B - little bit larger than the A, boot contains 2 fold down seats if needed but then you don't have a boot. Headroom still disappointing and again rear seats sit low. (332km W)
C - really comfy environ but the efficiency gets me down on this one.(390km W and wet)
E - didn't have one unfortunately I saw (548km W)
S - it really is something in the flesh. Hyper screen is ridiculous. Boot is cavernous. Rear seats uber comfy and the leather was silky (711km)
Van - just like there normal van but electrified.(299km W)

Such a pity a range like this is only available from a luxury maker.

What was the food like ? What, no beer. Perhaps all the beer is at BMW.
