Fast Charger Ballarat to suit Kona EV

Is there a fast charger near Ballarat that will work for Kona EV, have only found a dedicated Tesla one so far.
Understand that RACV /Chargepoint were due to open one this year?

Not yet but it's likely Chargefox will be installing one there by the end of 2019.
