Titled: A New Era: Al Sawyer and Lectra Motors

These were great cars with AC and PS. They had up to a 70 mile range
and over 80 mph. I got to drive one this summer!

Wow... That's sad. But also seems to be a bit of a running theme with electric vehicle companies.

Maybe the lesson is... convert your own EV or buy one from someone who has converted one. Don't try to be a big company, you don't know what forces you are dealing with. At this stage if you tackle them head on you will lose.

EVs will win out soon. We just need to get more on the road so the pressure comes on the oil companies from the public.

It is a shame that the western countries will probably lose this race to electric to India or China.
