Holden Hurricane

I know this is hardly an EV (with it's huge V8 that sounds like a truck), but it shows that Holden once did things different sometimes. Not just falcodores. :P

And is it just me, or does this car look like an EV? Someone should make a kit-car version so i can build one!

If only...
I'll drive an electric vehicle one day.

I'm with you!!!! It just needs the interior brought to contemporary synthetics and displays and it would be a fabulous EV kit!!!!! So - we look at that now in awe, but then would have we said "weird" perhaps. So is it the same for current concept designs - say - aka Renault's ?
Nice reno' work Holden ( love the HR era Holden badge too )

I've seen that years and years ago...   ...Now all they need to do is put the Volt's running gear in it and put it in the show rooms...

A friend just emailed me this link for a Sterling kit car. Very similar.

The Sterling was sold in Aus as the Purvis Eureka.

I was flipping through the latest Wheels mag, and in it was a story on an Electric Commodore.
