So this exists:

This is a more complicated couple of charging sessions, one which was cut short because I left to go somewhere, before turning around in the rain and getting the car. What's hard about rendering this one, is the graph cuts across midnight where the power meter's daily usage drops back to zero. So making it accumulate over that midnight boundary took a little more effort.

...and yes... it's runs on both Windows and MacOS.
