Hi Team,
I’ve recently imported my second complete Chevy volt battery, first was a 2014, second a 2015.
So if anyone needs BMS modules, control module, coolant heater, hoses, harnesses, relays etc, drop me a line. Seems a shame to throw this stuff out. Also some nice HV Panasonic DC contractors, but probably want a few dollars for these as I may find a use for them.
I’m also selling 10kwh of batteries. On gumtree at the moment.

Hi Steve,
Did you end up selling those batteries?

Gumtree link says they are sold. I wonder what hassles and price to import a salvage Chev Bolt, the newer version with the better motor/gearbox design.

Yeah. there is an idea. I would like to put Chevy Bolt running gear in my Brumby Ute. I could tell people it has a Chev 350 (volt) under the bonnet .

EDIT: Just did a Google search and it appears to be a 572 big block stroker is the limit at the moment, so maybe a Keith Black 720?

I did think about putting a leaf blower on my Nissan LEAF to supercharge it.

Might be interested in the BMS and wiring if available.
Thanks
