New Charger - Gold Coast

Hello,

A new chargepoint has been installed into the Bruce Bishop Car Park, Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.

The ChargePoint unit has now been installed and seems to be working fine.
Access is granted via the ChargePoint card, which I trust you do have.

The unit is located in section I9 on the ground floor, just past the up ramp on the left. Bay marking is still to be completed, but we have temporary signage there.
On behalf of the City of Gold Coast, my team and I thank you again for your interest, and hopefully others will follow your example of leaving a “greener” footprint soon.

So I am assuming you need to pay the $2.30 pr hr parking fee to use the charger?

At 3.3kwh change rate = 69c kwh. Not to bad for public charging + a car park.

Yup, the charger displays 3.662KW, so I get about 10KW in 3 hours, which is enough to get home.
