Curtis 1231C Controller for sale

Hi,
My Curtis controller is for sale. Best offer. Note it is not 100% perfect. I have described its problem in another thread on this forum (viewtopic.php?t=2499). It is rated for 144V and 500A but I was only measuring a bit over 400A and the symptom was a noticeable loss of starting off torque. Once underway the performance was as good as ever. Whatever is wrong with it must be something relatively subtle. Perhaps you would like to take it apart and try to fix it. Alternatively, you might want to use this to get your conversion moving and tested then upgrade later. You could trade this controller for a refurbished one. See http://www.cloudelectric.com/category_s/398.htm for example. You can send a Curtis core to get a refurbished one for half price so even a non-functioning core should be worth something significant as a trade-in.
