Hi all

The vehicle of choice is a Minetti Sports Racing Car. Usually powered by a bike engine (Suzuki Hayabusa 1340cc) we are fitting a Siemens 1PV5135 motor.
Controller and battery pack choice are still being researched but we are aiming for it to be the fastest (In regards to lap times) electric car in Aust.
We have created a facebook page to document the project as well as to try and generate some interest from potential sponsors.

You can check it out (and hopefully like it Image) at -

Cheers Scott

Cool project. I've always liked the Minetti Race cars.
Where are you located?

Below is a link to the onboard footage from a similiar project (Toyota Motorsport GMBH) at the Nurburgring earlier this year.
The chassis they are using is manufactured by a company called Radical in the UK and I believe the motors are from EVO in the UK.

Very impressive.
