Hey guys. Been an inactive member for a little while now and have finally decided to take the plunge into the EV world.

I have just started a conversion to my old Kawasaki Ninja 250. So far I've got the engine and all associated bits out, and will be working on separating the engine loom from the accessories on the bike this evening.

So far my plan is to use the Motenergy ME0909 with the matching Axe 400A controller. I'm unsure of batteries at this stage, but I'm not really planning on something to go terribly fast or far, maybe 50 ks range would be awesome, but as I said, this is more of a dabble into the EV world before I get real serious...

I've done a Ninja 250 (GPX250) conversion.

It was only a very short range setup, using cheap lead acid batteries, but worked pretty well.
