I just got a call from the guy who's setting up for the EV display at the Sydney Royal Easter Show on Weds 11th April 2012

I'm taking the van, and am just curious to see if any other AEVA members will be there.

Apparently the EV section will be right near the front gates, which ought to make it a great day to show off your handiwork.

Weather pending, they do get a LOT of people through the show, and the EV section is a fantastic way to get in the public's eyeline.

I'll be there with my Suzuki van.
So far there are 15 electric cars,
bikes and other devices attending.

How many Electric Cars will you have there? Is 15 the total number of cars or is 15 the total number of electric items including cars, trikes etc?

That's 15 vehicles in total. Cars, vans, Motorbikes, Push bikes, Quads etc.

I ask the question because I have my converted Suzuki Swift. Depending on times (all day, half day) I might be able to get it there if needed. If you already have plenty of electric cars then I won't go to the trouble. If you only have one or two electric cars then I will try and support your efforts. Would I be able to get a one or two hour re-charge there? How would I get the car in?

Let me know,
Cheers
Paul
