I believe it does - As this was set up with the UWA project, it's not the same as the electric highway. Perhaps drive to UWA Electrical Engineering (north western corner of campus) and ask for Linda Brophy or Thomas Braunl - they will be able to provide you with an access fob.

what does your range meter say? mine is 70-80km
RAC says imiev has range of 80km
http://rac.com.au/news-community/enviro ... real-world
I was getting 100km last year (added info)

what speeds did you travel to get to mandurah? I travel at 70kmh, bursts of 80kmh to get to mandurah via rockingham. 1/2 bars flashing (added info)

for freo if want to use the bollard you need a mennekes to J1772 cable as well at the RFID tag.
there are 15 amp sockets on the wall.
do you have a 15 amp EVSE?

it is Linda Barbour (Mon, Fri)

Hi Sally, nice to meet you at the RAC charger today. How long did you end up stopping at Carnaby's Park, assuming you did?

Likewise mike.
Stopped at a cafe called ‘the crooked carrot” for half hour top up on their outdoor 10amp.
They were very nice.
I got worried as the highway traffic was too fast for me to go slow.
However still showed 4bars (really 3 and a bit) at bunbury 103.5km distance ....so i would have made it with 2and a bit bars left anyway!

It was nice to not have to watch the speedo, bars and trip meter constantly after that!

Nice to know the highway is functional for i-MiEVs, at least 2012 models. I think it would be too close for comfort on our 2010 unless we drove at 60.

Contact them directly. Alternatively I have a couple which may or may not already be activated. Easy enough to have the company send you some though.

RAC HQ is no go at the moment. There seems to be a problem with the DC side of things. I've checked all of the hardware and it's all within spec. No issues with phase imbalance either. So I would say a good idea would be to lower the output to say, 30 kW and see if it proceeds. Then raise it until we see something exceeded. I reckon it's software, not hardware causing the problem TBH. Circontrol are pouring over the logs to see what's causing it, but no other charger has ever shown this error.

Oh yeah, three phase AC for the win!

Oh, didn't know can lower the charging power. I'm charging at UWA now, after at RAC just before (prior reading this). Usually got an SMS when the charger is down, not this time :(

Thanks to UWA fast charger, or else I can't go home!
