Many may already be aware of the incredible Audi e-Tron concept at the Frankfurt motorshow last year, going into production on a small scale, end of 2012 (check up on this, some have said late 2011)

But the UK have busted in on the Germans and Americans with an electric McLaren supercar. Nissan are building something more affordable. Mass production.
