EV Display and events at Dubbo - World Engineering Day
Engineers Australia in association with the Dubbo Electric Vehicle Interest Owners Users and Supporters group (DEVIOUS) is holding a Public Display of electric vehicles in the car park of the Western Plains Cultural Centre (WPCC) on Wednesday 4th March between 11am and 1pm to mark World Engineering Day. That evening Engineers Australia invites any members of the engineering fraternity to attend a talk followed by dinner - register with Engineers Australia on their website (see the attached flyer for details). Any AEVA members that may be in the area are welcome to join our EV display - the cars will be near the Tesla Superchargers. DEVIOUS meets for lunch on the first Wednesday of each month in the cafe at the WPCC if AEVA members are ever passing through - you are welcome to join us.

DAMP WEATHER DOES NOT DAMPEN ENTHUSIASM FOE ELECTRIC VEHICLES
The wet weather on World Engineering Day (Wed. 4th March) did not stop owners and the general public gathering at the WPCC for a display of Electric Vehicles.
The display was organised by DEVIOUS (Dubbo Electric Vehicle Interest Owners Users and Supporters) in association with Engineers Australia who held some associated events that evening. On display were six(6) vehicles including four Tesla’s – two Model S, one Model X and a Model 3.
