Need clarification.
If i understand it correctly, If a vehicle has been approved by an engineer and previously registered.
And the vechile is currently unregistered.
I simply need to obtain a standard RWC (WA)

In WA, book it in at an inspection station of your choice. Bring your engineering certificate. The inspection place just checks that everything works. They enter into the dot system that the vehicle passed(or failed). You go to licensing centre and get plates.

Make sure to go to a weigh bridge first and get a weight certificate, if you don't already have one too
