i know i haven't been on in a while (long time actually) - but wondering if anyone could give me advice.
i currently have an electric pushbike (got the kit for an existing bike and put it together).
but this is what i am thinking now.
i would like a better pushbike (electric) one with shockies and disk brakes - and prefer the battery to be lower (lower center of gravity)
i looked at this http://www.electricbike.com/stealth-bomber-review/
and http://www.zeromotorcycles.com/au/zero-fx
zero - assuming you can licence it, would be fantastic except the 10,000 price tag.
the bomber - being unlicensed, seems a bit rich at 7,000
--------anyway, more than likely, i will buy a good pushbike and convert it to electric - just wish i could lower the center of gravity for the battery.
i would also like to get the kids involved (6 and 14 Y/o).
i just picked up a little electric gocart (for the 6 yo) http://www.razor.com/au/products/electr ... e-drifter/ for $50, i am hoping to replace the back wheels with pump up tires, but it will still be a bit of a hard ride on the bush tracks without rear shocks.
this sort of thing would be ideal for the younger (obviously not as powerful) and older one http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/350W-KIDS-MI ... d29&_uhb=1
i also want to get something for the 14yo
i thought about some sort of gocart/buggie just above or a bike like this http://www.razor.com/au/products/electr ... ons/mx350/ as i am not sure he could handle a pushbike with a battery so high.
does anyone have any idea's, or old frames for a gocart with shocks??
as you can see, i have done my research - but would just like a nudge in the right direction
