I thought it was time for a lighter topic - some EV number plate possibilities.

Everyone gets 6 letters/numbers (except WA who get 7 :-P)

NO ICE was for sale in QLD including the Yamaha Virago which it was attached to about a year ago. I did not have the money to buy it, buh-huh...

NO ICE is perfect. Reminds me of a modern VOLVO Plate getting around in Melbourne. It's a classic, "NO HAT"

If there are seven letters available, then KILOWAT with a strategically placed T sticker placed next to it. :P

NDUCTIN - for "induction", there've been worse ones!

BRMBYEV - I wonder if that is available?

Aaand I can't think of more. :P

I'm not sure exactly if I'm correct, but according to the dpi site ( http://www.dpi.wa.gov.au/licensing/cust ... s/1398.asp ) a "custom series, name only" plate will cost $831.50!

That seems a bit steep. And would "4WD EV" count as a name? zomfg.
I'll drive an electric vehicle one day.
