I assume that the max current is the second number, after the max voltage, and that this the total current for all your paralleled battery modules. Do you divide that by 3 before sending to the 3 inverter-chargers? Or maybe by other factors if your PV capacity isn't equal? Sending 10A to each invert...

The CAN versions of the Elcon/TC chargers, or I guess any CAN controlled chargers, allow you to specify a current and a voltage limit. But these require a battery, they won't power a resistive load. The spec. for the Pylontech mention as max. Volt is 54,00 54.0 V is an average of 3.6 VPC (for 15S like Pylontech 48V); 3.6 V is the highest voltage an LFP cell should ever see. I had the baud rate at 9600 because I had seen that value somewhere (can't remember where). The main part of firmware updates happens at 9600 bps, although the initial negotiations are at 2400 bps.
