If nobody wants to produce a FAQ's page, perhaps just load up an index page on faq.php with an auto 301 redirect to the home page rather than have visitors see an error page.

Considering at least one entire vehicle including battery pack went for $6500, it probably would have been worthwhile winning one at auction and getting it containered over just to rip the parts out for another car.
