ADC x-91 series DC motors for sale

Hi, Any idea what freight would be to 2325? Finally have my Daihatsu Sirion registered as full electric, thanks to Leco Peter McNeill for AS3000/2000 and Athol Mullen for engineering, but still have pensioner/poverty battery pack and ADC 7" motor. Yes, it eventually gets there, but I don't have that...

As a New South Welshman, this saga has been entertaining, but it's time to reach a decision. My vote is for the "Apple Isle Branch", with Princess Mary of Denmark and Young Einstein as sponsors. First item on the agenda is construction of a bridge between Launceston and the mainland with charging st...

Hi, Ron.If you are still active on the forum thank you for the article. I am converting a 1983 KM3 Sherpa, which looks the same as yours. An ADC 8" motor with a Curtis controller is being used. The ADR's now require that a battery box such as yours must be fan-forced vented to atmosphere, but it is t...

Intro.

After a large time warp I can say that the Daihatsu Sirion is on the verge of being registered. Eventually went with an ADC 7" ? from a golf buggy. Batteries are 7x 6oah deep cycle. Yes, it is a small pack but it is still experimental and I hope to go to lithium one day. The engineer from Newcastle ...

It was the standard bolt in centre EH type, but the Torana was a local taxi that ended up at the wreckers. Maybe it was a ratio especially for the taxi? Image (yes, a 4 door Torana as a taxi. After all, it was the 70's)

re gearbox; in 86 my son and I put a 253 into an EH with a 2.78 ratio Torana diff. It was engineer approved on condition we did not hack the floor pan. This ruled out a 5 speed so we used a 74? Corona cast iron 4 speed. It was the strongest part of the car.Axles snapped but the gearbox held. http://...

Hi, nice work and nice car. Noticed the Bussman fuse in the boot. My Sirion has just been passed by the electrician and he wanted a cover around the fuse to contain the material (sand?)inside the fuse. It's not mentioned in NCOP but it seemed reasonable and easily done. I used a chainsaw fuel mixing...

As quoted in first post COLOR=red]“ Any HAZV traction battery system must be isolated from the chassis of the vehicle, and also from any auxiliary ELV components and wiring. Isolation must be designed such that there is a leakage current of less then 29 mA between any part of the HAZV system and eit...

Nice car; perhaps too nice for a first project.Equivalent Mitsu or Toyota would be as good. Auto is only an advantage if desired for physical reasons. eg stop start traffic. A late model Corolla would be good.

There's still hope; but first to the bullbar. In NSW they have to be certified when fitted by factory or an engineer. A home made one would need to be approved in NSW. However, and I do not encourage you to break any laws, there is a complicated way around the engine change issue. If you were to have ...

A scheme which reduces Government income and overloads an already struggling power supply system? Unlikely to happen. For an aged pensioner a Golf, Up or similar small car with 5 l/100k, no rego fees and only insurance cost is the best way to go until EV prices drop to sensible prices. edit spelling
