Double carbon cell

Weird way of spruking an new battery technology and targets of a product. Breakthrough based on natural "organic" cotton converted to carbon complex (I take it as like nano-tubes) for better conductivity of limited technology they shelved in 1972. Neat! Suprised (or perhaps delighted) you can customise the control interface like this. Could you have done it with the Telemecenique industrial controller? Just 2 multiplies and a divide by 2 if handled smartly by the complier shouldn't be to many instructions for the interface u_controller. But w...

Wow, Murphy's Law is ruthless! If it is that BLK-LGN wiring, I'd lock that connector gremlin up in the Ghostbuster Vault. Or nail it to a plaque. I'm still a bit head scratchy about the "limiter" signal shown on the datalogger plot? Would this signal be toggling more rapidly than shown on the plot? ...

Hi Weber Ta for router view of PCB. Looks nice and tidy. Few things I think worth considering. 1: R17 does the I-to-V conversion, but it is a long way from the ADC input. And track work with gnd is a big loop. And the pcb is mounted on the Bat Shunt so Magnetic Fields will be big. You mention TOUCH ...

(edit: The old double post) so replace it with note that the png image of the CAD rendered PCB looks fine as a png. I didn't look close at the layout because the track work on top and bottom is lost. Great work Photonic brothers. My 2cents... I'm concerned a wiring or relay bad connection could stop faults being detected. Hi All, I am considering a bike pedelling generator. So a Rear Motor Kit That can charge via Regen Mode a 12V Battery.

So you fit a lift kit to get it off the ground and a Flywheel with say water for the weight.

So has anyone tried this with there rear motor.

Cheers

If you could get some extra drive to the rear wheels "down the track" you could get some ultimo balanced cornering.

Will watch your creation with envy.

I would investigate the voltage sag further. If one cell is going below 2.5V I wonder how far it really is falling. You may need to swap out that cell.
