Sorry i can not help you with the engineers certificate in NSW. but just wanted to ask you ,have you done 42000km? what batteries are you running now?any changes to your hilux?how is it going?
that's impressive!
i am only doing about 3500km a year in my EV hilux

i have a BMS but did not like it,so i run with no BMS and have done for 2500km's now with no faults. i under charge the 90ah batteries to 3.53v and i don't let them get any lower than 2.66v on discharge,(120v then under load when driving) i still have a range of 60km but i never push it that far. my...

thats exactly what happened to me, Zilla stopped taking orders so i got a LS controller,now it blown up!! the time it took me to build the car Zilla was back up and running,we should have waited but thats life!

i just wanted to ask,on your test drive the other day,did you try out the heater at all?just to see if it worked ok?
i just installed my heater yesterday,it's a electric element from a heater from bunnings.have not tested it with 144v yet because i don't
have my battery's yet.
