You could use a ski rope and hook onto a local bus, or maybe make friends with a beachside resident or business and carry your charger if it isn't too big. Thats assuming you take the chair to get around whilst charging. Sounds like a lot of work though. I'd bet a bicycle shop would let you park it ...

or maybe an engineering workshop that has a hole punch. the ones I am talking about can be used on sheet metal up to 10mm plate the pieces punched out go into the scrap bin normally so a handful could be gotten free.

even a car like a lotus 7 replica doesn't need to have a windscreen and wipers, but if you do have windscreen then you do need 2 speed wipers and a 2 speed demister fan in cars anyway.
