Well is it worth considering using an (AIRCON) system to cool the wave sculpture down to say 5 above zero celcius??? Like a heatpump should. Then what would the maximum Current rating be with 5kw heatpump. Say 50kw to motor 55kw from battery??? And you could heat the car in winter !!!!! Oh your not ...

WhAt is the max charge rate for these type of NiMH cells? Would need per cell temp sensing on 1.2v cells which gets expensive. Now i meed a freeish say mx6.... Further thoughts... If the fault is the motor wires and its an AC motor type, then the fault current will be AC not DC and the multimeter in DC measure mode will not show AC current. Before fiddling around with the Multimeter How is the EV configured? DO you expect it to to be setup as an isolated HAZV system. Does the system have a contactor? When is it turned on. Can the EV be safely enabled with out risk of it doing something unexpected? DO the drive wheels need to lifted off...
