Re: Charging your non-Tesla EV from a Tesla charger

Note that the last pic of the HPWC shows that part no. Ends in 02-J

Supposedly 02/03-x units are locked into Tesla’s even with legacy mode enabled.

Interesting how holding the type 1 microswitch down for 3 secs seems to work.

Re: Tritium fast chargers

Ant has since updated that he had to Wait 15 secs for authentication.

One hunch is the pilot signal of the ccs2 connector is faulty?

This is what happened at circontrol Harvey and margaret river dces
The ccs2 Phoenix contact connectors dont seem That robust.

Re: Tritium fast chargers

Tesla’s seem to have error 74 authentication issues at UWA veefil dc.
Many Tesla owners have to un/plug at least 3 times.

According to Ant Day,
No error 74 issue nor wait to start charging after tagging with his Kona.

Perhaps this can be a clue to circontrol QPC trio Tesla dc issues ?

Re: Cabin heating

Need to press recirculate icon x2 to activate in auto mode. At first I thought it was my finger not pressing hard enough.

In Manual mode, only need to press once.

Perhaps will be changed in future software update.

Re: No regen when system has frozen / rebooting

Yes on m3
Windows also work.

But can’t control speed of wipers as this is touchscreen controlled.
Will need to rely on button press on left stalk for single wipe / wash n wipe.

Best is not to drive I guess.
But if trying to escape from zombies.
Just drive.
