Terrey Hills. Tuesday 8-11-11
Hi Guys,
Tuesday the 8th November, there will be food and chat at the Terrey Hills Tavern.
This is a completely social event. There is no agenda, no subject matter, and no structure.
Simply rock up, hang out, eat some food, and chat.
(Warning: Chat subjects may contain non-EV related materials).
Time: 7:00pm.
Location: Terrey Hills Tavern (generally outside in the undercover couch area).
Address: 2 Aumuna road, Terrey Hills NSW 2084
(Just off Mona Vale Road)

Aiming to get there, but any chance of a plug for charge when I arrive? It's a long way from Coogee.

There are some there against the northern wall (beer garden) side. You have to toss a cord over the wall into the elevated area. I have asked the manager before and he was fine with it.
The pub is very busy so to guarantee a spot near a plug(there are several)you will need to get there about 5-5:30, or watch the carpark if you arrive later. by 7:00 there is only street parking and the carpark is full.
I look forward to seeing it!

Cheers lads, was a pleasure to meet and chat.
Always good to bash heads on similar interests... it makes the process of EV conversion feel a little less solo.
I'll definitely come to some future events, although according to Googlemaps, Castle Hill is pushing the envelope of "too far" for the van if I can't get a few hours charge when I arrive.

There is charging at Castle Hill, even 15A. Again, get there as early as you can in case you need to wait for someone to leave.
