I've not yet had AEB activate with someone tailgating me. Not that I don't get tailgaters.
It's entirely possible that this scenario is included in the algorithm.
On top of that I have noticed with each OTA update the situation with phantom braking improves on my daily country drive.

At any rate if I have an angry truckie on my tail, I get out of their way and let another angry sod deal with them.

There seems to be the occasional mapping issue leading to the worst examples ......and being country based, many of the roads are simply not flat, straight and wide enough for ap I’ve decided. One thing is the issue of shadows or different colour of repair bitumen causing hesitation.

I just wish they taught new drivers about judgment involved in making an overtaking manoeuvre because it seem to be a lost art these days.
Just north of the Republic of Shiraz (is the exact place we discovered yesterday) the false 50 zone comes up and I assume telling Google maps is the best way to eliminate this oddity.
