Just spoke with the assessor battery pack and motor upon visual inspection are fine. Hubby has said he was getting approximately 110km on a full charge.
Anyone interested please let me know asap, I have to let the insurer know if I am to purchase it and make payment asap and I have a few people interested already.

slightly off topic... just noticed something in the photo of the rear of the 2011 imiev where you can see the pan hard rod (tube that runs from the body of the car to one corner of the live axle. In the centre of this pan hard rod is a small tab welded to it with a short linkage rod connecting to a small electronic box. At a guess it looks like it's monitoring body roll or something simular.

On the 2012 model cars the pan hard rod has the small tab welded to it but the linkage and the associated electronics box have been deleted.

Yes It looks like the old school linkage Brake bias perhaps to do with regen braking. Interesting to know why its deleted on the 2012 models perhaps they found a non mechanical way to do the same function.
