Good luck with that Terry. I haven't heard anything back yet, but it has only been a day and I don't expect an answer yet. Funny but sometimes you need to have a problem before people speak up about the problems they have. Maybe people don't want to be viewed as whinging about things, I really don't know.

"...This case has been decided in your favor because the seller was unable to provide the information we requested.
We were able to recover $35.23 USD from the seller and this amount has been credited to you..."
While it might have only been $35 postage it is the principle of the matter that counts. Next move is to get the DVDs back.

Nice to have a win every so often. Not sure I would have had the fight in me for $35 though, mine is substantially more than that. keeping my fingers crossed, it's been a 3 mth battle so far and resurrected from the dead 5 times now.

How did you go Terry? I managed to get a refund and it is sitting in my PayPal account. So at least one part of that transaction worked out ok.

Finally had a win with PayPal, took 3 separate claims because i won't back down, buried them in screen dumps of every transaction or communication and after 3 mths, a win. So now I've had a tax office ruling in my favour and a PayPal win, must be christmas, you really can knock over brick walls by bashing your head against them.

Glad to hear things finally panned out for you. I think PayPal are on the up and up, they just take a while to see sense.
