Discussion Group - Development of EV charging locations

Date/Time: 22 March 2017 @ 6pm
Location: Ausgrid offices, 570 George Street, Sydney (opposite Town Hall)

AusGrid invites EV owners to take part in a discussion about the future of EV charging in their network area. Ausgrid is the electricity distributor that supplies more than 1.7 million homes and businesses in parts of Sydney, the Central Coast and the Hunter.

Ausgrid is exploring the needs of current and future electric vehicle owners.
Topics for discussion include:
- Understanding charging patterns and customer needs for the possible provision of charging connections in strategic locations
- Challenges faced by EV users in strata locations or those without off-street parking
- Existing or potential dedicated public EV parking spaces through local councils

They are particularly interested in understanding the issues and challenges that are faced by electric vehicle owners and how they may be able to assist.

Please join us in an open discussion that could help meet the future needs of EV charging.

Hi Feng...any update on the outcome of this meeting? Would be interested to hear Aus Grids take on it?
