Does anyone know where to get HV 70mm^2 single core braided shield orange cable?

Ditto, but for 42-50 mm2 cable. There is a good chance that at 600 V, there will be plenty of noise coming from the VFD Image

Try a company in the US called Champlain Cables.

I got some of that cable in 50mm2 (AWG 1/0). From memory it cost something like $13 per foot plus freight!

Here in OZ, Huber Suhner may be an option. Check the Automotive Products catalogue link on the right of this page:

e.g their "Radox" series screened battery cable, available up to 150sqmm.

It may be hideously expensive though (I'd be interested to hear if you do get a price).

They've got some nice stuff. I'd also be interested to hear what their pricing is.
