Does anyone know where I could get 19 batteries laser welded to end plates to make a new cell for a Blade Electron car? I have the batteries.

Don't know about laser welding, but if done well you could probably get away with spot welding? Got a photo of the cell in question?

I could probably pull one from my dead blade electron. Is yours a mk6 with the tm4 drive train?
