So Qualcomm are testing DEVC - Dynamic electric vehicle charging.
They are trying to charge an ev at 20kW while it's driving at highways speeds.
Not too sure if they are intending this for racing or public use.

I guess it's early days for this but would be pretty good for highways.

As far as I can tell, the Dutch system is just solar panels in the roads, exporting to the grid. I don't see that they are attempting to charge vehicles with the power collected, or any other power source.
