BMW Australia cancels future EVs to Oz

Given how expensive BMW EVs are in Oz I doubt they are selling many:

This is echoed by Nissan and Renault. I have not seen anything from Hyundai indicating whether they will halt import.

Nissan and Renault are planning to import new models this year. I looked for public announcements from either company and could not find anything about halting future sales?

It's not really fair that their decision to boycott is based on a demand from government. Government doesn't care.
The only one who suffers is us, the consumer :(

In fact Renault are showcasing their Zoe and Kanga? In Melbourne docklands tomorrow (18the Feb).

Renault have a stop sale on Zoe in Australia due to an urgent recall.

Besides that they are friggin hopeless on so many levels..
