Well I've phoned the office twice and he's always just "stepped out"
My e-mail is on his desk. I can do no more. I am done here with this.

Perhaps if you have to ask how much ? suggests you can't afford it !

Copper and thin lams are all very well but a rewind on a 60Hz stator should be satisfactory provided the controller is able to lower the applied voltage and therefore the flux density when the acceleration cycle has ended. That is my thinking at least.

Seems I gave up too early. Got a callback soon after and we've been in talks.

Maybe will start a new thread on this as things develop.
