That 5 pin connector is probably JTAG compatible, so if you can find out the processor type, you can download the existing firmware.

A new Chinese manufactured, Australian designed EV is due to be released next year. At sub $10K cost this could make a big market impact. It will be interesting to see who will buy a car that can't exceed 80km/hr.

Information on EV motorbike conversion – QT advised that it will require a new application to be submitted – ie: they don’t know and will assess and provide a requirement. But it would be based on the VSB 14 V2.00
