Oh ok, did you try Japan, England or Australia. I tried australia a few times but got nowhere. If you get a rh drive one from overseas, can you register it here? I read this link re adr, http://forums.aeva.asn.au/viewtopic.php?t=1582 but, imiev is already approved here isnt it, and the only ev mass ...

long wait to but an Ev like that at a reasonable price like $26-30 k... have an old holden 1996 and am playing the waiting game. But dont want to spend any more than figures mentioned

yes.. agreed.. the mitsubishi website is disappointing. why cant mitsubishi a. Give us a firm price b. sell us a car c. with reference to above, why cant they jsut give us a damn price and take orders. Imiev is on sale next week, from July 31st.

Also, there is a shorter range, plus a 124 mile longer (more expensive) range on the drawing board

use the electric as much as possible and keep the petrol one for long trips.

Dont buy a new car with a petrol engine - spend that money on the new electric one, and just"keep the old petrol powered car going - just"

ok, you phoned two dealers too. Amazing that they dont start to take pre-orders - such a simple thing to do, and gauge the number of people that are actually expressing an interest to buy.

In fact, the dealers should do this off their own bat...I think

thanks for the link - hadnt seen that news clip - as for the level of interest, I guess it will depend on how many people contact mitsubishi and want one.
