Re: NEW FORUM: The Countdown has started

Hi Chris, Also, I notice it doesn't highlight whether or not there's new posts in a thread. Not a big deal regardless. Yes, the old version of phpBB used to do that. The equivalent functionality is now in the little Quick Links menu near the top left of the page. One of the menu items that drops dow...

Re: NEW FORUM: The Countdown has started

Hi again Mike, Hi Mike, Great it is working, but you could really do with a notice on the front page of the forum to let people who haven't been following this thread know why the forum looks funny and they can't log in anymore. Yes, I've been hunting for a way to do that. Haven't had much time to r...

AEVA Forum ready to move?

Hi Mike, The member control panel (current web site) says I can update my email address, but when I try to nothing happens. Maybe the email is just very slow. You should receive an email to the new email address containing a link to confirm the change. If you've not received that, check your spam bi...

Don't know if this is significant, but I found a link that didn't copy across. It is a link in a post to another post. Live post is here . There is a link in that post to another post. In the Test system the "here" is just normal text, it doesn't appear as a link. Nice catch, definitely should have...

"Scraping the barrel" Gripe: Just noticed that his links in my Sig did not come accross. I can live with that! Don't have to suffer anymore. I've tweaked the code to convert links and images in signature blocks, I'd not realised it was missing those. Unfortunately, unlike the PM changes, I can't ea...

OK, the Private Messages stuff is now all fixed as far as I can tell from my own mailbox.
Please look through your own and see if it all matches what you have in the Live forum.

Hi Phil,

Now that's a smart move, we might do the same if we don't get any joy with the Mitsubishi Dealer.

Hi Woody, Many thanks for the feedback. Minor Gripes: * Private message sent folder empty This is why you get other people to check your work, I'd not noticed that before! I-MiEV Main battery cell failure

Hi Philip,

Which dealer do you have your iMIEV with? Our Outlander PHEV has been with Melville Mitsubishi since Wednesday last week with a weird (unfortunately disabling) MCU fault that they hadn't been able to diagnose last we heard on Friday.

Outlander PHEV suddenly disabled

I wonder if this is what the on-again-off-again recall is supposed to fix? http://www.caradvice.com.au/555662/2013-2017-mitsubishi-outlander-phev-recalled-for-engine-fix/ I'd wondered about that recall, we'd not got that attended to yet. Melville Mitsubishi said they will do it "if they can". That ...

Outlander PHEV suddenly disabled

Hi all, Here we are sitting in our PHEV in Myaree, disabled. We were pulling up to the lights, decelerating slowly when suddenly the info display burst out with error messages: "EV system service required", "ACC service required" etc. Lights turned green and we crawled in "turtle mode" (does the PHE...

Nice to see more charging stations. However, I wish: They could locate more outside the CBD which already has lots. eg. the Airport has NONE (hint, hint); We could have a "standard" high-current charge connector. On the second point, can anyone recommend which type of connector/charge adapter will pr...

I'm also very interested, but the "perks" on the Indegogo website seem to ship to the EU only http://forums.aeva.asn.au/smileys/smiley6.gif It'd be nice to see it get up and going but worryingly, I see that it's only 20% of the way to its funding goal with only 20 days left. I know Joseph and I respect his knowledge of and passion for EVs.

I don't believe in political correctness or censorship, but I do believe in respecting others opinions and I don't tolerate bullying.

Let's keep the discussion focused on the Ioniq and not the people talking about it.

Hi Johnny, Thanks for posting the blog and letting us know about it. I've not towed much with our PHEV yet so I'll be following it with interest! I remember reading somewhere about a Queensland tradie who said he was regularly (IIRC, most days of the week) towing much more than the limit (from memor...
