Hey Taffy,

Over two years would still be $20,000/year (or so), for a half-decent conversion.
That simply isn't the kind of money that I can spare when paying off a homeloan.

The lawnmower sounds like a cool idea, unfortunately we're getting a townhouse, so we won't have a lawn.

Port 25 (the one used for sending the emails) was unavailable for a number of hours.
