Asking for submissions!

I've met some tasmanians...not a lot of "mental inertia " at all! LOL...Just kidding!....Thalass I think you are right...renewable energy seems to be well accepted in Tas..Only a short hop to EV's from there. Shame about the red-neck forestry influence though!... But hey I just got red-neck mate of...

I just get mad when everyone puts blame on these companies like there not trying, its more the public doesnt understand what has to be done for a project like this to be completed. Have you n...

The taxes on motors, batteries, etc.

I don't know if this helps individuals, but *perhaps* some companies may benefit from this: The Climate Ready customer information guide provides information for customers about small and large grants under the Climate Ready program - how to apply, what projects and activities are eligible, and othe...

55kW AC Motor & LiFePo4 Batteries

I'm no expert on this but with your question as to whether batteries will go up or down in price I can give an argument either way: Up - because more people are requesting batteries, less supply so prices go up. Down - as the technology ramps up with more production costs come down. I'd say probably...

The taxes on motors, batteries, etc.

Channel 7's 'Sunrise' program has an online petition about the means test on solar panels. As part of that petition is a 'comments' field. May I suggest the petition be signed and use the petition field to also 'call on the government to remove all taxes on electric motors and batteries for use in ...

so, is anyone willing to go on TV?

OK, I've emailed the details to my contact - would have preferred more than 2 offers, but I understand about being camera shy even if this is for the greater good. :) Now I request you do something if you won't offer to go on TV! Use the following forms (and perhaps duplicate this post on your own w...

so, is anyone willing to go on TV?

I've read a bit here and the concenous seems to be that most would like more ppl to be aware and become involved in the push to EV's. So my question to you is this: I have a contact in a major commercial network who may be interested in an EV story - so are YOU willing to go on TV? Preferably ppl wh...

If it's funding you want to further the EV take up in Australia, perhaps the user groups in each state should bandy together and put their energies towards the Climate Ready Program. The Climate Ready program ($75m over 4 years) is a competitive grants program providing grants from $50,000 up to $5m...
