E rider scooter batteries?

There should have been an isolation switch / circuit breaker under the seat. There is a very large thread on the V is for Voltage forum on the e-rider and the guy strips it down and repalces a controller, etc with lots of pics. May be helpful to you. http://visforvoltage.org/forum/11326-erider-8000w...

Homemade 2kW brushless trike "now with fairing"

Most brushless dc motor controllers for use with e-bikes should do the job. Infineon is the manufacturer of the motor controller chip, which is used in a lot of controllers. They are readily available on ebay from China, but if you google '48V brushless motor controller' I'm sure you will find a sui...

My TZR 250 EV project

In answer to your question, I broke down on my 2011 Zero on a narrow bridge. This bike doesn't have an aux battery, so I had no Brake lights, hazard lights or headlight to warn traffic that I was incapacitated as I tried to get out of the way of traffic.

How did your build end up?

Aprilia Enjoy

The controller also needs 12V for the sensors and the OEM battery has a tap supplying this.

Hybrid Electric Bicycle

That looks to be quite a bit of weight hanging off the seat post.
How much does the completed hybrid bicycle weigh as opposed to just the bicycle itself?

BMS and contactor box

The ev wiki says it is +/- 2.5V, but the mynissanleaf BMS article said he was reading 3.162V no load and 3.142V with 3A charge current. So 0.02V for 3A

Leaf cells

If you want to buy from an Australian supplier then talk to Graeme at OZ DIY Electric Vehicles / Suzi Auto Services at Springwood QLD. He is doing group buys of Leaf modules for the Brisbane branch of AEVA.
