OK that's what you mean. Answer NO, bigger the kid, slower it goes. Also the reason I think the batteries may be on way out is besides old, it now really struggles up hill (approx 25 degrees slope). The rear wheel is quite small 12.5 inch
and the cog on this is large about 5.5 inch.
