Re: BYD plans
I stopped holding my breath after the October delivery schedule was missed.
Re: BYD plans
As previously mentioned I have a reservation for A T3 van that was ment for an October 2021 delivery. I sent an email to EVdirect yesterday as not heard anything from them for some 5 weeks. I asked on an update for delivery being a time of late October still happening. Received this reply, Apologies...
Re: BYD plans
I just got a reservation on T3 van this morning. Expected delivery sometime in October, I hope these vans prove to be a good thing they have an 8 year/500,000 KLM warranty on the battery and 6 years/150.000klm on the rest of the van.

Not just the old world, I put in a request for information etc with evdirect in regards to the T3 van and it was some 3+ weeks before I even had a response from them. Been a bit of back and forwards with phones calls and emails in the last few days just trying to get information from them that I nee...

Re: 2020 Ioniq
In response to nagaman, This has been my big disappointment with these vehicle manufacturers that have been producing ice powered vehicles. It frustrates me no end their tiny token gestures of electric vehicles. When I heard Hyundai was going to bring the electric Kona and the ioniq series I was ver...

Re: Aftermarket iMiEV battery upgrade project
I am liking the sound of these 93Ah cells so you would get almost double the original range for similar cost to a standard replacement pack? And these should work in a Minicab as well I would assume? As I would like a Minicab only thing is I need it do be able to do a minimum 200klm on a charge.

Re: 2020 Ioniq
We may not get it for a while yet and the price may increase with the bigger battery. If you must have the extra range maybe you should wait. Though being you have ordered one you must be fine with the current range the car can do.

Re: ACE Van
I did hear mentioned that ACE EV wants to setup assembly plants around Australia so if that happens they should double as car sales, service and parts etc.
Re: ACE Van
Thanks for that though I have seen all those some others may have not yet.

Very nice work
Re: ACE Van
Apparently they will produce more of the parts in Australia as production Ramps up. And they are assembling them somewhere in Logan south of Brisbane. I hope they prove to be a good vehicle I am keen to check them out sometime.
Re: ACE Van
I am liking these especially with the carbon fibre plastic body and rear wheel drive. I hope they have huge success and be great to have some electric vehicle manufacturing in Australia.
