https://www.change.org/p/the-hon-josh-frydenberg-mp-australian-government-to-provide-incentives-for-purchasing-electric-vehicles-ev-s?recruiter=656241986&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=copylink

This petition has gathered some support already, so please jump on board and share it around. I'm not sure that direct cash subsidies to buy EVs are needed in Australia at this stage, but there is so much the government can do to promote uptake of EVs, many of which are very cheap.

You would have got an email from Change.org confirming your submission. In order for online petitions to be taken seriously by government, each submission needs to be reasonably traceable, either by email verification or through the electoral roll. You might need to sign up to Change.org first, but their messages can get a bit overwhelming sometimes.

Poprock, BigPond is bouncing your emails (eg notifications from this list to the email address you registered here with). Maybe that's why your Change.org petition signing didn't go through also?
